Brian Fehrer

Brian has more than 18 years of leadership experience in roles encompassing operations, consulting, account management, and is Practice Leader for DoubleStar, Inc.

Brian is recognized for his expertise in developing strategic talent acquisition plans and designing operational methodology. As Practice Leader, he serves as a lead strategist in assisting clients implement talent acquisition and talent management best practices in the areas of planning, structure, process, deployment, service delivery, methodology, tools, and reporting.

During his time with DoubleStar, Brian has successfully provided services and value to the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Christiana Care, Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, Princeton Health System, The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia, Main Line Health System, University of Mass Memorial Health, and others.

Prior to DoubleStar, Brian was Director of Recruiting for a regional staffing firm and Partnership Manager for a global staffing organization and collaborated with Stabilus, U.S.A, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Aetna/US Healthcare, and Prudential.

Brian is also active in endeavors outside of DoubleStar. He serves on the Healthcare Advisory Board for Merion Publications and holds active membership with The Drucker Society of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Area Association of Healthcare Recruiters, Philadelphia Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management, and the national Society for Human Resources Management.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, with a minor in Employee Relations from The Pennsylvania State University.
